If you are looking for a way to develop a practice for centering yourself, then leave your busy world behind and attend this gathering. Beginners- welcome. We will spend the first few minutes with a meditative practice to unwind then move right into the practice for 20 minutes. Just walk in. Door will close at 12:10 to keep environment quiet.
